These terms govern use of this website and services provided by Newnumber1 Investment Group LLC (“Newnumber1 Investor”).

Services

Specific deliverables, timelines, and monthly support scope are defined in a written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Fees

Setup fees are due as stated at checkout or in your proposal. Monthly support is billed separately according to agreed scope. No plan is unlimited. Third-party costs (e.g., phone numbers, messaging, software) may be billed separately.

Refunds

Refund terms are set out in your proposal or agreement. TODO: owner to define refund policy.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, obtain any consents required to contact your customers, and comply with laws that apply to your business, including messaging and privacy laws.

AI limitations

AI systems can make mistakes. Systems are designed to escalate to a human, and you are responsible for reviewing outputs important to your business. We do not guarantee specific business results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the prior three months.
